The Civilian Defense Force now requires that all would-be members either join an available Local Unit, or form one (except for those in Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas; these states are served by a State Corps which must be joined). Our forum has been shut down pending reorganization, and our HQ site is being re-tooled to accommodate it’s original intent of serving Unit Commanders.
